Tots Bots are hailed as the easiest cloth nappy there is – an all in one system, the main flap folds straight into the inbulit pocket, and it does up with two velcro tabs so there is no messing with getting them done up – it is foolproof. When the nappy is used, you simply pull out the flap and it hangs on the line altogether too – so you don’t have a lot of ‘nappy bits’ to piece together in your washing basket. They are easier than a disposable (there are no gussets to pull out and they fit just as well as a disposable).

I’m liking
The speed and ease of use of a Tots Bots nappy is hard to beat. They fold out into one long strip meaning they stay together in the washing machine, the whole thing hangs on two pegs on the line and then it folds back in for next use. No worrying about extra inserts necessary. They are exceptionally fast to put on a wriggling baby, with a large Velcro strip for fastening. The tiny baby one that I received for review fit the baby as well as a newborn disposable nappy (I don’t know of any other nappy that fits a newborn this well). It was excellent for nighttime changes, being both absorbent and fast to put on.
Things that made me go hmmmm
The nappy fits a newborn very well – meaning my baby had grown out of the littlest size of this nappy by the time he was four weeks old. If it were bigger to last the baby longer it wouldn’t have fit as well, so of course this is a trade-off.
The conclusion
Tots Bots nappies are super easy to use, I would consider them the closest cloth nappy to a disposable style and if someone were wanting cloth but the easiest option, I would recommend this nappy. If price were an object, a few of this styles of nappy for very quick changes would still be worth the investment. They retail for $34.90 a piece.
