Love the fact that these are something different for our children to produce artwork to keep. The kit was well prepared with easy to read instructions, stands for the tiles and the paints in small pottles, less chance of mess!
Things that made me go hmmmm
The paints where more for girls, and my son found it hard to do his picture with ‘girls colours’. Perhaps they could put black or primary colours in, so that the children can mix. 4M does make a whole range of kits, from science experiments to crafts, so if you’re looking for something for a particular child, it’s worth looking at some of the other packs.
The conclusion
Overall I think this was a lovely rainy day activity! For under $20 this is great value for money. The children loved painting on something other than canvas or paper, that was the ‘Wow’ factor for them! The tiles will be going in the kids’ play kitchen!
