The Snug Sheet is basically a sheet for a cot or a single bed that has an inbuilt sleep sack (head/arm holes and a zip).
I’m liking
The general brilliance of the idea…it is well thought out and designed, it’s made in NZ, it’s a 100% cotton lovely soft fabric, baby can move freely but stays in place.
Things that made me go hmmmm
I do wish someone could invent a silent zip. Also the free movement is great, but my daughter can still stick her legs straight up and kick the blankets mostly off, hmmm. There is one tie attached that I can’t quite figure out how to use, but the sheet does stay in place by itself because of the elastic so I don’t think more ties would help the problem. I suspect only a straightjacket would stop her, I will just be thankful for this great invention that keeps her in the middle of the cot.
The conclusion
A great product that meets a need. I am definately glad to have it, it makes keeping baby warm and centred a lot less problematic, and I think is a better option than a baby sleep sack/sleeping bag which lets them roll all over the cot. The single bed option would also be great to stop young children falling out of bed and getting out of their covers.
