I’m liking
This book has a lovely, and eclectic collection of children’s stories. There’s a mixture of long stories and shorter ones and some lovely images in the book.
Things that made me go hmmmm
I think the book is probably best suited to children a bit older than mine – say 5+ – as some of the stories are quite long and there aren’t many pictures with them. However, this would be a great book for slightly older children and would make a lovely gift.
The conclusion
This is a really nicely presented book and would make a great gift for a primary school aged child. It’s the kind of book that you can read to them and in time, they can read to themselves.
