This device is small and therefore very portable. It has a clip which allows you to attach it to your clothing. By wearing it you can stay inside the coverage zone at all times.
The Portable Ultrasonic Mosquito-Repeller is very simple to use. It only has one button. The more you push it, the longer the device operates. It is chemical free and odourless and it also seemed to repel flies as well which was great for alfresco dining in the tropics.
Things that made me go hmmmm
The sound the device makes is very quiet but even so it can be a bit distracting at first. Before I got used to it, I kept thinking “what’s that noise?”.
I still sustained some mosquito bites while sleeping near this device. However, I should note that I have yet to find any mosquito repellent that is 100% effective.
The conclusion
This device would be particularly useful for people who hate wearing insect repellant on their skin.
