The CabbagePatch series centres on a family that live in the cabbages at the back of a young boy’s garden. In The Cabbage Patch Fib, Chris finds a baby hidden in a cabbage that will not be looked after by anyone other than Chris, until he returns the baby to its green mother. In The Cabbage Patch Curse, Chris is compelled to urinate on the cabbage patch (as if he has been cursed) and the cabbage that is being watered begins to look like him. The Cabbage Patch Pong sees Chris being burdened again by a multitude of Cabbage Patch babies that stink the garden out with their dirty nappies, until Chris again finds the little green mother and returns them. In The Cabbage Patch War, Chris’ father and the next door neighbour start a war after Chris’ dad vomits on the next door neighbour’s garden.
Here in one book are all four stories from Paul Jennings’ hilarous and hugely popular Cabbage Patch series – a favourite that young readers return to again and again.

I remember this from when i was a kid, its another paul jennings classic, a really funny great read for the young adult reader 🙂
I love reading Paul jennings books and so do my children. His books are filled with hummor and its hard to put his books down.
When Chris finds a baby in the cabbage patch, his life changes forever. More and more babies appear, a cabbage patch head takes control of Chirs’s mind, and Dad’s fertiliser causes some interesting problems with the neighbours. But then, this is no ordinary cabbage patch
My children all have read Paul Jennings book and ejoy reading it. I have found they are hard to put down and full of interesting ideas in it.
