  1. I would recommend this book to anyone. I enjoyed the quirky humor and relising what I was going through is normal and that kids are being kids. Iformative and fun as well.

  2. What I liked most about this book is that Nigel Latta is not P.C!!. I have read a few books on parenting and the ones that always stand out are those that say it how it really is for parents (not make it out like an episode of the Waltons), as well as making us laugh at ourselves because much of the time, we take ourselves far too seriously. Full of real life Kiwi examples of family problems and practical exercises you can do to help your family work better as a unit.

  3. I just want to say what a fantastic book this is. I bought books like Supernanny and all those modern and out there parenting books. Then I read this book and I have to say it works a treat with our kids. I have now gotten rid of all those other books and only have this one among my parenting books. Only need this. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK 10/10 It will change your life and the way you see and do things with your kids. Thanks for writing such a fantastic Book Nigel

  4. A great book that helped us through the “terrible twos”. Very funny but packed with advice and information.

  5. An awesome read and so nice to find a book with a kiwi voice. Hot tips for all those difficult toddler stages we are currently going through but I know I will refer to this many times as it continues with tips for all ages and stages. Written in a laugh out loud way that really does keep you awake and enjoying it after a busy day at the coal face of parenting.

  6. This guy’s is cool – he’s funky and fun and gives great advice. it was kind of weird at first, as no-one had really heard of him, but now he seems to be part of the parenting landscape. I like the way that he give NZ specific advice, and talks with “our” voice. A great book to buy!
