  1. I enjoyed this book which is written in an easy “talking to you” style.
Ian Grant’s ‘Kiwi Bloke’ directness and humour comes across on every
page. It is not just about ‘public speaking’ but also helpful advice
when talking with your family and friends.
This book has a message too with clearly stated goals for all communicators.
The threefold task of a communicator is to:
     Inspire
     Share wisdom, and
     Encourage

So this is communicating not “just talking!” Did this book communicate the above 3 goals to me?
    Yes it did!
 He explained how good communication helps us and our families – something a parent always strives for
 He knows his stuff, and
 He made it sound easy enough for us all to try some of the ideas.

I would recommend this book to anyone interested in improving relationship issues as well as to those who do public speaking.
 By the way – he uses bullet points a lot. (and they work well)
