Hello World is a sequel to Mrs Mo’s Monster. Monster is bored because Mr and Mrs Mo are busy, so he takes off for an adventure which turns out to be more than he anticipated.
I’m liking
This book has great illustrations with lots of different things to spot. It’s nice to have a book with a friendly monster in it too. The simple text leaves lots of room for discussion, and it has a nice sequence that makes it easy for kids to predict what will happen next.
Things that made me go hmmmm
I’d recommend reading this one after the first book, Mrs Mo’s Monster. Otherwise things might not make sense to you.
