I’m sure those of you who eat a gluten free diet will agree that it’s hard to find an exciting gluten free cookbook. Well you’ll be thrilled with this new cookbook Good Without Gluten – and written by three French chefs!! I was so excited and my mouth watered when I flicked over each page and looked at the gorgeous French breads, patisseries and desserts (pear-chocolate tartlets), all those yummy foods that I usually have to avoid.
Written by three chefs who own a gluten free restaurant and grocery store NoGlu, the guaranteed gluten-free food is beautifully presented and of course with all the style that makes French cuisine world-renowned. Using a range of cereals, flours and flour mixes that are naturally gluten-free and healthy, they have developed over 65 delicious and nutritious recipes. This is their first book.
