Elephant lives in a world where everyone is on the path to Elephant Island. But first he has to pass many tests before he can get his stamp of approval. However, Elephant is different from his friends. He hates school tests, and he never does well. After his best friend Rabbit gets his Okay stamp, but Elephant fails to pass the test set by their teacher, they both set out for Elephant Island – surely an Elephant doesn’t need to pass a test to get on his own island? What is Elephant going to do to prove that he’s a real elephant so he can go to the island with his friend? He tries a show of strength. He puts out the sun with a grand burst of water from his trunk. Then he meets his nemesis, the animal that proves once and for all that he is a true and bonifide elephant. A mouse of course! A lovely story about being okay with being yourself.

This book is just great to teach chilren. This book is a must have for any child’s library.
I noticed this book at our local bookshop and had a sneak peek at it. Great book.
