This enchanting tale begins in Paris, when a kind and eccentric millionairess wills her entire estate to her family a family of adorable high-society cats. But when Edgar, the greedy butler, overhears her plan, he catnaps Duchess, the elegant, soft-spoken mother, and her three mischievous kittens and abandons them in the French countryside. Soon, they’re being escorted home by the charming Thomas O’Malley, a rough-and-tumble alley cat, who takes them to his pad along the way where Scat Cat and his band of swingin’ jazz cats perform the memorable Ev’rybody Wants To Be A Cat.
Enriched by high-style Disney animation (The New Yorker) and toe-tapping music by Academy Award winning songwriters, the Sherman Brothers (Mary Poppins), The Aristocats is a timeless treasure, and the last animated feature to get the nod for Walt Disney himself.

This this film was not one of the greatest Disney movies. It is still a
terrific animated romantic musical comedy about talking cats. AristoCats
was very entertaining and is highly recommended
my son likes this movie and can watch it again and again.. Great for dvd’s collections
This movie was one of my kids favourite when it first game out. My daughter loves cats and she just loved the movie.
I brought this movie for my three year old at the time it came out. My 6
year old enjoyed watching it with his friends, although I think it is
more sutiable for pre-school school. So many kids movies have such
scary parts in them, this one did not. it still hjas the bad guy but it
doesn’t terrify them
I agree The aristocats is a timeless treasure. I just loved the swinging jazz cat. my children love this movie.
A great flick for anyone who loves cats – classic animation and some
groovy jazz music. One that often gets overlooked amongst the Disney
collection – but definitely a good pick of the litter!
