ABC by Dr Suess is an introduction to the alphabet book by the famous Dr.Suess. It features strange zanny creatures which appeal to the imagination of a toddler and an adult alike. The rhythm and the repetition makes learning the alphabet really a childplay.
I’m liking
What a cool way to remember the letters and words starting with them. It isnt the boring A for apple and B for Ball . Its Auntie Annie’s Alligator A..A..A . How about “Painting Pink Pyjamas,Policemen in a Pail,Peter’s Pepper’s Puppy and Now Pappa in a Pail” for P.
It is the most addictive way of saying the alphabets. I see a Camel on the Ceiling , Do you?
Things that made me go hmmmm
Some words are imaginative that is they don’t really exist. Like Z is for Zizzer zazzer zoo! Do you want your child to learn that instead of a real word like Z is for Zebra. That is something to be thought about
The conclusion
I feel this is a real fun way to introduce the alphabets to a toddler starting from age 1. It isnt the age old A for apple , B for ball kind. It is really a fun way to learn even for a parent.
