I’m liking
This is a great book for children who are just learning to count and there are lots of opportunities to count items in the book. It would also be a great early reading book with a fairly simple vocabulary.
The copy of this book I have is hard cover and the pages are heavy and thick – making it a good book to let my almost-two-year-old get her hands on. The images are simple but brightly coloured Little Donkey and his Mama’s clothes made a great talking point with my 4 year old.
The conclusion
A lovely little book that helps children learn counting and numbers with some sweet humour.
