This recipe is easy enough for even young children to be involved and you can adjust the seasoning for all tastes. It’s a nostalgic recipe for Easter that both kids and parents will enjoy.
Mashed eggs in a cup – with a twist
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- A tablespoon of Greek yoghurt
- Salt, pepper and curry powder for seasoning
Method
Boil the eggs until they are hard boiled – around 7-8 minutes. Leave them to cool for a few minutes or until they are cool enough to peel. Peel the eggs then mash in a cup with the yoghurt and seasonings. Easy!
