Cheese adds some protein to this yummy vegetable mash.  You could add some very finely shredded meat, or blend the mash with meat or tofu for further protein if desired.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon well cooked tender asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon mashed carrot or parsnip
  • 1 tablespoon mashed peas
  • 1 tablespoon grated cheese

Method:

Mash or blend all vegetables together and top with cheese.  Cool, then serve.
