A delicious and easy recipe for your little person to enjoy, featuring nutritious spinach, banana and yoghurt.

Ingredients:

One large handful of fresh spinach, well washed and tough stems removed (or use Baby Spinach)
1 small banana
3 dessertspoons of plain whole-fat yoghurt

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth – add extra yoghurt if necessary.
