Ingredients
- 3-4 Sprin Onions Chopped
- 3 tbsp Thyme Leaves Chopped
- 2.5cm Freash Ginger Peeled and chopped
- 4 Coves Garlic Chopped
- 1 tbsp Ground Allspice
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Limes Use the juice of limes or lemons
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3-4 tbsp Oil
- 2 large Chillies Chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until well combined. Use to marinate meat and chicken, as in the recipes below.
Storage
The marinade will keep for up to 2 weeks in the fridge or can be frozen for months.
