I’m liking

I was introduced to waterwipes at a parent and child show last year and I have not bought any other type of wipe since. I love that the are 99.9% water and that I can not only use them on a sensitive little bottom but they are okay to use on the face as well. They are a lot wetter than normal wipes which makes cleaning a dirty bottom so much quicker and easier. This also means that you are only having to use one or two wipes rather than 3 or 4 per change.

Things that made me go hmmmm

They only come in a larger resalable pack at present but I just put a few into a plastic container in my nappy bag to use when I am out and about. Would like to see them produce a travel pack. I would also like to see a different style reseal tab.

The conclusion

My little one reacts to other types of wipes so these have been perfect. I do not need to worry about wiping over his eczema or allergy rashes. They have no fragrance which is also great. I also don’t need to panic when my little one grabs hold of the wipe and puts it in his mouth.

These vary in price from shop to shop but I have noticed that they have come down in price since first being introduced in supermarkets. So shop around. Although they are a little more expensive than other wipes you do not need to use as many. Some have argued why you would pay for something that is 99.9% water. Well my answer to that is convinence. I do use my own cloths at home when I am being good, but not always. It is not so easy when out and about. I also love that I always have a wet cloth on hand to wipe the hands and face after my little one has been eating or playing in the dirt.

I will not be using any other types of wipes.
