Fantasy and reality collide when a hotel handy man, Skeeter Bronson (played by Adam Sandler) reluctantly agrees to look after his niece and nephew in order to help his sister out. To keep them quiet he resorts to storytelling . . . and in doing so he unwittingly opens the door to their vivid imaginations.
Each of the stories takes place in a new fantasy world taking us to the farthest depths of outer space, the rough tumble Wild West, the epic grandeur of ancient Greece and the rich and magical world of medieval Europe. Ultimately, the kids have the last laugh as the events in their make believe bedtime stories magically come true in their uncle’s real life with hilarious consequences.
