As a first time father this book was very helpful. It did not go into
nearly the details that some of the other books did. It was very
specific about what a man can do to help his wife through the process.
My husband got given this at our baby shower, I think he really
appreciated being included and that a book had been written with Dads in
mind, seems there are so many for woman!
We got given this book second hand from a friend. It has some really
good pratical advice in it that I found useful. I started reading it
when we were doing antenatal classes, and would dip into it on and off
over time after that. I guess my only criticism is that it’s getting a
bit dated now, and probably needs an up date.

A good read for expectant mums and dads!!
