The Yoga Babies love to have fun trying new poses. Sometimes life is busy and tricky, but not to worry! Yoga can help everyone chill out.
Follow these babies big and small as they practise yoga at home, in the garden and before bedtime, then you can have a go at home, too!

What I’m liking
This is a sweet book that can inspire you and your children to give yoga a go. Although your children are probably already doing it naturally; it’s just us adults that need to jump on board!
I love how this book is beautifully laid out with engaging illustrations. The illustrator has done a wonderful job of bringing the story to life with her cute and quirky design.
Yoga Babies is written in rhythm and demonstrates that you don’t have to join in a class to do yoga. The poses are simple, and the book encourages you and your little ones to give it a go.
Conclusion
Yoga Babies is a good read with the key themes being focused around keeping active, keeping calm and having fun. Cotton has done a good job on touching on each of these themes, and keeping the book light-hearted and engaging for you and your little ones.
