Munch have a philosophy – to do what is possible to prevent growing childhood obesity rates. A lofty and important aim. So here is their t shirt, reinforcing positive eating habits – a beautiful juicy pear is pictured, inspiring healthiness. Mmmmmm!
I’m liking
This is such a well-made, sturdy item of clothing for your busy preschooler. Designed in New Zealand, it has a nice ribbed neckline which makes it a bit smarter than other similar items you might choose for your little one. It washes extremely well, and is very practical – being chocolate brown in colour, you will be hard pushed to make it look old or stained! These are all things I like, and the print is stylish and fun too.
Things that made me go hmmmm
This t-shirt is only available to fit a size 3-4 year old, which is a bit of shame – though they do offer a different shirt to fit sizes 5-6.
The conclusion
At $25, this isn’t the cheapest shirt on the market. But I have the cheapest shirt on the market ($2 on sale at T&T), and it literally got a hole the first day my preschooler wore it. This one is going strong and gets lots of compliments!
Anyone got a juicy pear I can have?
