This book is an old time favourite, it was read to me as a child
and now I have the pleasure of watching my own three children indulge in
it’s colourful pages….My children have the boxed CD set which allows
them to sit and listen to the story being told by it’s creator…..after
many attempts made by my youngest child to destry the pages of this
classic, i found him his own small hardcover copy which he carries
everywhere….I hope to continue seeing this book of colour, nature and
life changes delighting generations to come…..
My 3 year old does not tire of this story. He learns about nature,
food and the days of the week in one absolutely stunningly illustrated
book. You can’t get much better than this for young children. If you
have young children, or if you are looking for a gift for a 4 year old
and younger child, this book is highly, highly recommended. Enjoy.
Every child should have a copy of this book, its a lovely book to read along with, simple, yet with gorgeous pictures.
