An action-packed rollercoaster rider, Shark Bait is the third book in this thrilling series.

Sam Fox is on holiday at the Barrier Reef when he and a Japanese boy called Michi are swept out to sea by a freak wave.  Before they know it, they are adrift in an ocean teeming with sharks and other deadly sea creatures.  Just when they think theu have made it safety to shore, Sam encounters a group of dangerous bird smugglers.  Can he outwit them long enough to keep himself and Michi alive?

  1. Sam Fox is on holiday when along with a tourist they are swept away – when night falls the predators come in. A very exciting, tense book that keeps you reading plus a little scary. Action packed. (Quentin, age 10)

  2. This is the third book from this author. If your children like action pack story than this book is great. The story is about a Japanese boy called Michi are swept out to sea by a freak wave. Just when they think they ve made it safely to shore, Sam encounters a group of dangerous bird smugglers. Not a bad book

  3. This is a really good book, but for the older child (10 plus i think..) as it is actuaslly a little scary!I also think its more of a boy book then a girl book.But really good to read, lots of tense momments and written really well.

  4. my son liked this book , I still have to finish reading it but its taking me a while to finish it.

  5. Once I read one page I always wanted to read the next ITS GOOOOOOOOD!!!
