- 1 small kumara
- pinch of ground cinnamon
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
- Bake the kumara in its skin, until tender.
- Cool, then carefully remove the skin.
- Cut into cubes, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
